The service apartment is large. Lots of room to stretch out. The kitchen is functional and big with everything you need. There is lots of storage in the apartment. The best and most useful is token operated laundry. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. Ascott is only a few minutes to Sentral and NU Sentral. It is very convenient for getting around Kuala Lumpur. It's only 30 minutes by the express train from the international airport. NU Sentral has lots of food options and a wide variety of shops.

This was my second stay salute you superb. Special thanks to Fathiyah who was extremely professional and courteous at the reception and always welcoming read with a friendly smile. I will definitely stay here again and wouldn't look anywhere else. I particularly liked breakfast nearby at a place called Lizzie's which is about five minutes walk from the hotel. I didn't find the breakfast particularly inspiring but I like to walk out for breakfast anyway so it didn't matter

As a matter of fact, it was not a room, but a small appartment with many facilities that could be very useful even for a longer stay, like a fully equipped and roomy kitchen. The bed, the furniture, the amenities were excellent. A VFM solution for any visitor to KL.
